Hybrid Training

Hybrid personal training is a flexible fitness approach that combines in-person, face-to-face training with remote online coaching. This blend allows trainers to offer the benefits of personalized, in-person guidance for things like assessments and form checks, while also providing the convenience and flexibility of online workouts, nutrition plans, and support for remote sessions.

Hybrid training is a budget friendly option for clients who require flexibility in their training program.

Rates start at $50 per month.

Virtual Training

Virtual personal training is a method of fitness instruction conducted remotely via video calls, apps, or online platforms. We create personalized workout and nutrition plans, real-time guidance on exercise form, accountability and, all without the trainer and client being in the same physical space. This offers flexibility by allowing clients to exercise from anywhere and at any time.

Rate: $20 per 30 minute session.
